How I Help.

Child & Teen Therapy.

When working with children and teens, especially those who are neurodivergent, my goal is to help them feel understood rather than “fixed.”

I combine compassion, structure, and creativity to help them identify emotions, build self-confidence, and strengthen communication within their families. Therapy becomes a space where they can explore who they are and learn strategies that honor their unique way of thinking and feeling.

Together, we work through challenges such as family or school stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties

The woman holds a glowing lantern.

Individual Therapy.

My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, or the lingering effects of complex trauma, I offer a safe place to gain clarity, build self-trust, and move toward a more grounded sense of self.

Together, we’ll focus on understanding your needs, your nervous system, and your story in a way that supports meaningful and lasting change.

Family Therapy.

In family therapy, I help families move from patterns of misunderstanding and reactivity toward connection and communication.

We explore the dynamics that keep you feeling stuck, while creating space for each person’s voice and experience to be heard.

My goal is to support families in developing empathy, setting healthy boundaries, and rebuilding trust so that home feels more like a place of safety and understanding, even during difficult moments.

Group Therapy.

In group therapy for teens, I create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment.

It’s a place where they can take a breath and be themselves. The focus is on helping teens better understand their emotions, manage anxiety, and build distress tolerance and emotional resilience.

Through connection, guided discussion, and creative activities, group members learn how to cope with overwhelming feelings, navigate relationships, and develop self-compassion.

My goal is for each teen to leave group feeling a little more understood, grounded, and capable of handling life’s ups and downs.

Regulate & Relate:

High School Girls Group

This group is for high school girls who experience the world a little differently, whether through heightened sensitivity, fast-moving thoughts, or strong emotional reactions, and who want to learn tools to feel more grounded and understood. It offers a supportive and safe space to connect with others who share similar experiences and to build skills for emotional awareness and regulation.

Each week, we focus on emotional regulation and distress tolerance using tools drawn from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and nervous system regulation. Sessions blend education, reflection, and interactive activities that help participants understand how their brains and bodies process emotions and relationships.

Together, we explore how to move from shutdown to self-soothing, how to identify and name emotions, and how to balance authenticity and connection. The goal is to build confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of belonging while learning to meet oneself with curiosity and compassion
