Enrollment Starts 10/27/2025
Spots are limited.
•Emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills
•Safe space for connection and authenticity; especially for neurodivergent teens
•DBT-based coping tools and mindfulness practices
This group is for high school girls who experience the world a little differently, whether through heightened sensitivity, fast-moving thoughts, or strong emotional reactions, and who want to learn tools to feel more grounded and understood. It offers a supportive and safe space to connect with others who share similar experiences and to build skills for emotional awareness and regulation.
Each week, we focus on emotional regulation and distress tolerance using tools drawn from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and nervous system regulation. Sessions blend education, reflection, and interactive activities that help participants understand how their brains and bodies process emotions and relationships.
Together, we explore how to move from shutdown to self-soothing, how to identify and name emotions, and how to balance authenticity and connection. The goal is to build confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of belonging while learning to meet oneself with curiosity and compassion.
