Meet me, Regan!
I’ve been told I’m curious, creative, and deeply compassionate. Some people even use big words like precocious. I love learning about other people. I’m also a lifelong lover of storytelling, from musicals, movies & TV series, to video games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Stardew Valley, where the balance of courage, reflection, and connection feels a lot like life itself.
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #152248) supervised by Dr. Vanessa Isetta (#PSY20941). I have a Bachelor of Science in Film & Television (with a concentration in Psychology) from Boston University, and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Touro University, with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology and Counseling.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the film and television industry for studios including FX Networks and Marvel. My early love of acting led me to storytelling, and my love of storytelling eventually led me to therapy! In my opinion, both are about empathy, perspective, and understanding the deeper truths behind understanding our own experiences.
I’m a neurodivergent therapist who grew up in a neurodivergent household, so I understand firsthand that there’s no single “right” way to process the world. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, with a touch of humor. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Free of judgment. And together, we can begin to explore what healing and self-understanding might look like for you.
I work with children, teens, college students, and adults, as well as families navigating neurodivergence, complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and identity challenges.
I have extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults dealing with traumatic grief, body dysmorphia, and the aftermath of sexual assault, and I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients exploring identity and belonging. For families experiencing estrangement, divorce, or ongoing conflict, I help rebuild communication and trust so that home feels more like a place of connection again.
My clinical lens is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and attachment-focused, and I have a particular passion for working with individuals and families struggling with symptoms that are a result of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD),
Especially when it hides in plain sight as perfectionism, people-pleasing, and hypervigilence.
My goal is to help clients move beyond survival, creating space for genuine self-compassion, safety, and connection.
Because I know traditional talk therapy doesn’t work for everyone, I often integrate cinematherapy, art, and interactive tools to make sessions more engaging and reflective of each client’s individuality. Or maybe sometimes we just need to go take a long walk outside together.
Whatever works for you, works for me too. And if you’re not sure what works for you yet. That’s okay. We can figure it out together.
